1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the 88bg platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the platform in any capacity.

88bg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 88bg will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the notification period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any translation or other-language version, the English text shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 88bg platform is strictly for adults. To register and use 88bg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using your own funds for all deposits and bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an 88bg employee.
• You have not previously been excluded from 88bg or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion mechanism.

3. Account Registration

To place bets, access casino games, or claim bonuses on 88bg, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 88bg at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where 88bg identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, all pending bets voided, and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88bg login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 88bg will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88bg immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

3.3 KYC Verification

88bg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to confirm player identity. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 88bg reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending verification.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Where any information changes (including your mobile number, email address, or residential address), you must update your account profile promptly. 88bg may reject withdrawal requests where account information does not match the information on submitted KYC documents.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88bg platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88bg does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 88bg accepts no liability.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits made via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are subject to minimum amounts specified at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly for mobile wallet channels, and within one to three business hours for bank transfer channels, subject to network availability.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 to 60 minutes of approval for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside of standard processing hours may take up to four hours. The maximum withdrawal amount per single transaction and per day is subject to the limits displayed in your account withdrawal section, which may vary based on your account verification level and payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

88bg reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents are pending review.
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• An internal security review is in progress on the account in question.
• The payment method to which the withdrawal is directed differs from the method used for the corresponding deposit.
• The account is under a temporary hold pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant where there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 88bg reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied and will have the opportunity to reactivate their account to avoid the fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

88bg offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount stated at the time of the promotion. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spin winnings — are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for 88bg bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (including but not limited to low-volatility slots, baccarat, roulette, and table games) may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses that remain uncompleted at the expiry date will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings. The expiry period for specific promotions may differ and will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

88bg operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; hedging bonus bets by placing offsetting wagers on the same event; using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements; and any other activity that, in 88bg's reasonable judgement, constitutes exploitation of a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, 88bg reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel all associated bets and winnings, and close the player's account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and casino activity on 88bg is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market type, which are made available within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all products.

6.1 Sports Betting

Bets accepted by 88bg are binding once confirmed. Once a bet has been placed and a confirmation reference issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 88bg reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: obvious pricing errors; technical faults affecting the odds display; match abandonment or postponement beyond the defined settlement rules; or where credible evidence of match manipulation exists.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 88bg does not guarantee that in-play markets will be available for every event or for the full duration of any event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games offered on 88bg use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. 88bg does not influence RTP settings beyond the configurations provided by the licensed game studio supplying each title.

Game malfunctions void all associated bets and pays. Where a technical fault interrupts a game round, 88bg will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, all stakes for the affected round will be refunded in full.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific live dealer studio providing the game. In the event of a stream interruption, 88bg will attempt to reconnect your session. If reconnection fails, any open bets will be settled in accordance with the available data for that round; if outcome data is unavailable, stakes will be refunded.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using 88bg, you agree to use the platform only for its intended entertainment purpose and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or involvement that would give you an unfair informational advantage.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 88bg staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the 88bg platform, its data, or its intellectual property.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in, at 88bg's sole discretion: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, voiding of all open and settled bets associated with the prohibited activity, and reporting to relevant authorities where the activity may constitute a criminal offence.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Either 88bg or the account holder may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 88bg account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances will not be transferred or paid out upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been met in full. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be permitted to register a new account. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before its expiry will not be actioned; a mandatory cooling-off review period applies before any self-exclusion shorter than permanent can be ended early.

8.3 Closure by 88bg

88bg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Identification of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Breach of the single account policy.
• Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player's jurisdiction restricts or prohibits access to online gambling services.

Where an account is closed by 88bg due to a Terms violation, the real-money balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. In cases where no violation has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gambling law. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, payment, or account decision, players must contact 88bg support in the first instance. 88bg will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. The decisions of 88bg management on all operational matters, including bet settlements and account balances, are final.
